In 1998 I was kindly invited to DIEM in Arhus in Denmark by then director Wayne Siegel to discuss the Drancing accelerometer music air instrument and to learn about DIEM's bending sensor air instrument.

Drancing suit 2002: 5 accelerometer "body star" pattern

Five triaxial accelerometers were usually worn on the left and and right feet (tied to the top of shoes using laces), the left and right wrists (on adapted watchstraps), and around the waist on a belt. This approach is reminiscent of Da Vinci's Vitruvian Man:
