Overview of Webel seminar props, with coloured team mats, containers, and a variety of classes and objects

In Webel seminars, workshops, and training courses props are used to explore software engineering and systems engineering topics such as: variation within a type, parametrisation of classes, composite structure, design patterns such as the Factory Pattern, Abstract Factory, Prototype, Builder, Singleton, Proxy, Adapter, Dependency Injection, Facade, and the infinite variation of real-world objects. Course participants - organised in teams identified by colour - model configurations of these objects in Unified Modeling Language™ (UML™) and Systems Modeling Language (SysML).

Dr Darren teaches Unified Modeling Language™ (UML™), Systems Modeling Language (SysML), and UML™-driven Java™ and XML for Webel in seminar courses directly from the many educational examples on the Webel site, and in workshops using fun coloured props in teams to explore classes, instances, states, UML elements, and design patterns. Workshop participants develop pattern-oriented UML, SysML, Java and XML Schema corresponding to workshops props and real-world examples from their own domain.
