Use stereotypes to indicate the source of text snippets and editorial remarks

A Comment (unlike a UML note) is an Element, so it can carry a stereotype, which can be used to indicate the source of a text snippet, or to indicate editorial remarks:

UML Parsing Analysis: prefer use a «stereotype» to indicate the parsed and analysed «source» text.

UML Parsing Analysis: prefer indicate «editorial» remark with a «stereotype», to distinguish it from the «source» text; additionally also use a style (like italic font or background color) bound to the «stereotype».

Many UML tools offer the option to choose whether or not to display the stereotype on an Element's symbol, thus:

UML Parsing Analysis: the container Element of every «source» text snippet and «editorial» remark should be clearly stereotyped in the model, even if that «stereotype» is not displayed in every diagram !

This same rule applies to all candidate container elements for source text snippets, including the Component as relatable parsing container.
