Please find some Java3D animations of the Molonglo Observatory Synthesis radioTelescope (MOST) captured as GIF animation files1. Only a few of bays of each arm of MOST are shown here, however in the actual Java3D application the entire MOST structure can be animated on a modest PC. (The telescope is very long and thin, so only showing a couple of bays makes it easy to see what is going on in a brief animation.) The structure was stored as component data in the MOST web information system database, after studying very old blueprints2 from the pre-construction development phase of MOST.
