R&D and Education: Development of the Webel Digital Twinning recipe for SysMLv1

Developed a recipe for representing Digital Twins in SysMLv1, with simulations of acquisition of building resources. Employed the Webel Parsing Analysis recipe for SysML for elicitation of model elements and definitions. Please visit also the following tutorial trail and video:
