Create (step by step) a Property symbol for each element in the path, and use the Display .. context menu to show each child part then the final value property. Then drag that value property symbol out and choose Create shortcut (as opposed to Change owner). You can revert it easily with Refactor > Convert to Nested Parts.
You may not find it entirely intuitive or convenient until you get used to it. It would be nice to be able to simply drag a Property from the model browser onto the diagram and have a choice of representing it as nested property boxes vs using the SysML property path notation
Note that "shortcuts" also works with deeply nested Properties within a Port symbol on a boundary, but it seems one can't drag a nested Property fully outside the context of the Port (such as to entirely within the boundary of the Port's owner), although such is shown in some SysPhS specification diagrams.
