This TIP primarily concerns graphical symbols for connection, flow, and interface definitions (for usages ends always list in an ends compartment). But it's a good idea to always including the kind for ends anyway. This TIP helps address:

By mindful that in any case declaring the end kind is not optional with crosses: So if you get in the habit of always including the kind with end you also won't break that rule for crosses!
