This slide trail is NOT a SysMLv2 language tutorial! Slides here are offered as is (some without further explanations) in the hope they may be of interest. To learn SysMLv2 attend the Webel SysMLv2 Seminar Workshop group course. Individuals may instead purchase access to the Webel SysMLv2 Online self-study eLearning course with self-test Quizzes to learn at their own pace.

On a minor modelling display matter, although one can optionally show a feature value for a parameter on its little "pin" symbol on the boundary of the symbol of its owner, sometimes it's easier to show it listed in the parameters compartment with its value to save a little space.
In the diagram above some parameters are shown both as little boundary "pin" symbols and listed in a compartment. If a parameter has an = binding you needn't redundantly also show it as a little boundary "pin" symbol, but you should still display any parameters that are connected with a flow or succession flow as little boundary "pin" symbols (with their connection), even if they are then also redundantly listed in a compartment.

[DISPLAY, MODELLING, PATTERN, STYLE, TIP, TOOL]{RECOMMENDED} Webel: SysMLv2: OPTION: If using = binding shorthand (instead of binding connectors) from/to context boundary parameters try listing the parameters in compartments with their bound values (rather than as parameter boundary "pin" symbols). Saves space!
