To run a part with a state usage in the Cameo SysMLv2 Simulation plugin it must be an exhibited state.

This is not to say that it is not in general SysMLv2 modelling useful to have other non-exhibited state usages, but in the EXPERIMENTAL Cameo SysMLv2 Simulation 2026x1 technology preview release one can't yet type a state usage by a state definition, or use a subsetted state usage anyway.
